Hello there! It's great to meet you. Soohee (Certified Enneagram relationship coach), a type 2 , and Kyle (Certified Enneagram coach) , a type 9, have been using the Enneagram in their own relationship ever since they heard about the system, 5 years ago. They both dove deep into the model and quickly saw the benefits it brings in self-understanding and development, as well as interpersonal relationships with your spouse or loved one, family, friends, and colleagues. The Enneagram teaches us our own unique strengths, weaknesses, shadows, customized growth paths, and ultimately compassion for others' perspectives and ways of behaving. It’s an empathetic tool that shows us our blind spots while also showing us our fullest potentials. They’ve been using the Enneagram in their own health studio for several years now but felt it was time to offer online coaching by furthering their reach of helping people. Depending on where you’re at in your journey, they offer causal, to more advanced inner work one-on-one or two-on-two individual and relationship coaching for exploring possible pitfalls you or your partner are experiencing and the way out towards our true nature. Individual Coaching A trusting two-on-one conversation with an Enneagram coach can be a safe, comfortable place to explore uncomfortable issues. By using the Enneagram as a tool for greater self-awareness and inner transformation, we’ll have the opportunity, throughout the session, to dive deep into an understanding of you and explore some problems and issues relevant to your type and how best to facilitate growth by evolving beyond limited mental patterns. Relationship Coaching Scheduling a two-on-one or two-on-two conversation with Kyle and Soohee can be a great way to explore old worn-out habits we unconsciously have and use in our relationships. We use the Enneagram as a guide to help investigate why we have specific perspectives and default patterns for seeing and reacting to situations and potential problems and why our partner oftentimes sees things from different perspectives which inevitably creates disharmony and difficulties in our relationships.
